The Maintenance Department serves as the resident’s main contact for all maintenance-related
issues within the property. They facilitate and coordinate repair requests, schedule maintenance
visits, and ensure that resident’s concerns regarding property upkeep are promptly addressed.
Their role is to provide efficient and effective solutions to maintain a safe and comfortable living
environment for all residents.

maintenance requests through your resident portal.
● You can submit a maintenance request online by logging into your AppFolio account.
Then, click “Maintenance” on the left-hand side of the screen. Select the blue button that
says “Request Maintenance.” Be sure to submit a detailed request along with any photos
if possible.
● Once the maintenance request has been submitted, our maintenance team will reach
out to you directly to communicate and schedule the work order.
